USE CASE 01
Procurement organization
The procurement organization of a large group spends its days on supplier complaints and bottlenecks, renegotiated orders, approvals, SAP/ERP maintenance, ad hoc alignment with production and sales on capacity, and short-notice price changes (raw material indices, energy, freight). A new strategic direction has been agreed, and nudging and coaching are there to bring it into focus: supply chain resilience, due diligence under LkSG (the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) and supplier development through real partnerships rather than pure negotiation tactics are brought back to mind on a regular basis.
USE CASE 02
Team communication
A manager wants to strengthen the way the team works together: they want to give more grounded feedback and resolve conflicts as a team. In daily work they get targeted support with exactly that. They are encouraged to give purely strengths-based feedback in 1:1 conversations and to agree on concrete improvements together, instead of only discussing operational tasks. Crisis management: they are asked regularly about tension in the team. When a difficult situation comes up, everyone has access to the Team Resilience Framework and a De-Escalation Protocol.
USE CASE 03
Education provider
An education provider is committed to the lasting success of its customers and does more than pass on knowledge and practical experience: the institution is also a guide along the learning path and a partner for lifelong learning. Customers get active support at every step of their development. Targeted impulses bring key learning content back to mind and anchor it in daily work. Deeper knowledge, relevant supporting documents and fitting explanations come through the AI coach, which stands by the customer as a digital mentor. The platform also lets customers find out about suitable follow-up courses, funding options and important news.
USE CASE 04
Ordering system rollout
When a new internal ordering system goes live, micro-nudges tell users about new workflows and changed mandatory fields. The goals are fewer errors and better acceptance of the new system. If questions about new fields or approval steps still come up during an order, the built-in AI coach is there as a real-time sparring partner. It reads the current internal guidelines and documentation for the new ordering system directly, gives fitting answers and provides the templates users need. Internal IT and procurement are relieved of support requests, while users can be confident that they complete their orders correctly.
