A personal message

Over many years in start-ups and international companies, I have seen how creative and motivated people can be, and how countless good ideas and important impulses came out of it. But I have also seen, very often - almost always - how quickly those ideas and impulses sink back into daily business.

Change needs staying power.

That is why I founded nudgence.ai: not to use AI for its own sake, but so that strategies and change get a chance instead of fizzling out in routine.

I do not believe in buzzwords. I believe in solutions that enrich everyday work with what really creates value.
